TITLE: PRODUCT MANAGER

The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product/customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working collaboratively and cross-functionally to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Define the product strategy and roadmap. Ensure products align with corporate strategic objectives.
Manage the product line lifecycle from strategic planning to market introduction and sustainment.
Serve as Product Owner on an Agile development team. Write Feature level stories capturing new product development requirements and acceptance criteria.
Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going interactions with the sales team, current and potential customers, and industry influencers.
Develop and maintain expertise with respect to competitors and the competitive environment.
Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
Propose and manage business cases and budgets to deliver profitability.
Analyze potential partner relationships for the product.
Participate and/or lead, as appropriate, product focused meetings with internal and external customers.
Ensure service quality through engaged review of delivered services.
Provide internal and external customer support and demonstrations, as required.
Participate as a subject matter expert for other programs, as required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Technical degree (BS in Computer Science, BS Software Engineering) or related experience
Business degree (MBA) preferred
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in product design, development and/or product marketing related to market facing APIs and digital media services
Experience or familiarity with digital media advertising
Experience or familiarity with business analysis concepts and tools
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to write clear and concise user documentation
Experience with Agile software development methodology
Proficient with MS Office product suite
Able to present ideas effectively with presentation software
