The Director of Marketing manages activities associated with the development of comprehensive, innovative marketing programs aimed at increasing awareness and engagement with Soleo’s product offerings.  They strive to continuously identify opportunities to accelerate product sales growth and generate positive brand awareness.  Projects will focus on brand strategy, market positioning for new and existing products, and developing demand-gen programs supporting sales/corporate initiatives.

Drive the development and execution of marketing programs
Research and communicate key market information supporting programs
Design and distribute marketing collateral materials
Establish innovative ways to connect and increase brand awareness with target audiences across dynamic marketplaces
Coordinate activities/materials across numerous sales channels to drive lead generation
Communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external personnel, partners or vendors
Work with external firms to complete specific campaigns or initiatives
Manage marketing budget and forecast
Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure product communication is in alignment with our brand guidelines, product objectives, and communication expectations
Work closely with Sales team; enabling them to meet commercial objectives by providing appropriate tools, materials and presentations
Oversee company's conferences, trade shows, seminars and events 
Perform necessary projects to achieve the organization’s mission
Willing to travel on occasssion

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
MBA preferred
Minimum of 7 year’s experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a technology-centric environment.
Working knowledge of content management platforms supporting website management
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Exchange
Ability to read, comprehend, analyze, and interpret statistical market data
Exceptional communication skills, strong writing skills
Passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Self-starter and finisher
Ability to manage multiple priorities at one time and manage tight deadlines
Ability to proactively follow-up on open and unclear items
Strong desire to succeed and be part of a winning team
Ability to communicate effectively across various functions and disciplines, including at the executive level
